Hello there Sea Changers. Welcome back to my series of program lists to assist those of you looking to fund your sea change with affiliate marketing. Today we are going to pop the cap on my 10 best beer affiliate programs to brew this year. Beer is a product that creates so many emotions and memories and is extremely popular the world over. It is also a great hobby and/or intense obsession for many as well so for those of you with an interest in this niche, it could be a great option for an online business.
Click on the button below to access the exact training that I followed step by step to make over $1000 a month and growing.
You too can start your very own online business here that can make you money from anywhere in the world!!
Before we begin however, I am conscious that there are a number of different areas or sub niches within this subject hence the quantity of affiliate programs to choose from may be just as large. So how have I picked my best 10? Well… I really just wanted to give you a good cross section of what is out there so I did some searching around and checked a few out and chose them by looking at:
- What they offer
- Commission rates
- Payment terms
- Cookie duration
- Application processes
- Affiliate/Marketing materials provided
Before we start however, let’s have a look at what I mean by the term ‘beer’ and how it can be incorporated within an affiliate marketing website…
What do we mean by beer?
Beer is a beverage made from variations of four main ingredients (barley, water, hops and yeast) to become the enjoyable drop that it is however we don’t necessarily have to limit ourselves there. For the purposes of this post, I am going to focus all aspects of the beer trade including:
- Beer (of course)
- Accessories
- Beer Brewing
- Gifts
- Beer tutorials and training
- Beer games
And of course anything else you can think of when it comes to making money selling beer online… So, if you are looking to set up an online business in this space, let’s check them my best beer affiliate program options below.

What can affiliate marketers promote?
There are essentially no real barriers to what affiliate marketers can promote when it comes to beer. There are however some things to be aware of as you run your eye over beer affiliate program possibilities that may suit your site. These are:
- Know your audience, some are looking for specifics and want the best whilst others are hoping to just get a few craft beers at a good price. Choose your affiliate sites accordingly.
- Hard core beer drinkers (we could we guess call them connoisseurs) will not take risks if they don’t trust you or your affiliate site. Make sure the programs you choose are reputable and have good recourse options if the purchaser is not happy.
- Home brewers, whether starting out, brewing for investment or as a hobby will need to know exactly what they need and that the products you are promoting will fit in with their requirements. Make sure your programs can provide the products to back up the information that you are covering.
That said, stats show that people will spend money on beer and its related paraphernalia online if it can make their lives easier so as long as you are meeting their needs and solving problems, then you are on the right track. And to give you a boost, let’s have a look at 10 programs that I have found below:
1. Adventures in Home Brewing

Let’s kick all of this off in the home brewing sub niche with Adventures in Home Brewing. This is a massive site covering everything to do with home brewing including:
- All Grain brewing equipment
- Kegging supplies
- Brewing ingredients
- Brewing books and recipe kits
- Beer related gifts
Look, this list really doesn’t do the site justice but there is just too much to list – in fact I am pretty sure that if there is something that you might need for home brewing and it is not in this site, then it probably doesn’t exist.

This is a great site for affiliates as it allows you to cover and review numerous home brewing related products as well as pairing with different accessories and gift options. You could use this site to build a home brew affiliate business around on its own or expand to an all encompassing one with the included range of products to assist with the making of:

2. BrewDemon.com

They offer a range of 2 and 6-gallon kits which include everything needed to brew that first batch of tasty beer.

There may not be enough here to base an entire affiliate marketing business however if you are in the home brewing niche then this would make a great addition – especially if you wanted to target those looking to get started or brew on a budget. For ongoing sales options they offer a range of accessories, more advanced equipment, supplies (bottles, cleaners etc.) and a smaller range of gifts and the like as well. Oh, and they have cider brew kits too…

3. BrooklynBrewShop.com

As the name suggests, BrooklynBrewShop.com is another home brew based site offering “easy-to-use Beer Making Kits to get even the most space-strapped of apartment dwellers making their own beer”. They promote the use of natural and clean ingredients that are the “same great ingredients as the world’s best craft brewer”. Their beer range includes:
- Beer making kits
- Beer making mixes – Jalapeno beer anyone?
- Beer related gifts and merchandise
- Accessories and brewing equipment upgrades

As with the previous site, there is maybe not enough to sustain an affiliate marketing business on its own if you were only focused on the beer niche however again it would make a great addition to any site aimed at those getting started in the game. However, with its additional range of Kombucha, Cider, Wine and Cheese making kits and accessories, it could certainly work on its own if your site was looking at home brewing as a general, non beverage specific product range instead.

5. Beer Cartel

Now we head into the land down under with Beer Cartel. Beer cartel offers the “best craft beer from Australia and overseas delivering to thirsty drinkers Australia-wide”. And whilst I can personally account for the awesomeness of this one, from an affiliate point of view there is great opportunity to offer a massive range of craft beers in single, group or mixed packages and trial box options.

There is probably not enough on this site to base an entire affiliate marketing site around but is an absolute must if you are dealing with craft beer in any fashion, especially those hard to get or specialty brews. Further cross selling opportunities also exist with a range of:
- Glassware
- Beer gift baskets
- Beer Subscription club

8. Bottle Keeper

And in keeping with our gift related sites we now turn to Bottle Keeper. Because “life is too short to drink warm beer”, BottleKeeper offer what I would personally describe as a small range of beer coolers on steroids. They are essentially aluminium water bottles that have been hollowed out to allow a cold beer bottle (stubbie) or can (tinnie) to be inserted. Essentially you then have as they say, cold beer and warm hands…

Again, this site is probably not one that you would build an entire affiliate marketing business around although it would make a great gift addition to any beer, camping, fishing, hunting or just about anything else you can think of in this genre. I can see the post now – “10 ways to keep that beer cold whilst …“. There are also some corporate options with custom engraving as well as a decent range of merchandise as well (shirts, decals etc.). Is it sad that I am also thinking of places that I could use the bottle to sneak beer into?…

Commission Rate: 20%
Payment Terms: Monthly
Cookie Duration: 45 Days
Application required?: Yes – BottleKeeper’s affiliate program is managed by Share-A-Sale. You will be required to apply for an account and then for the BottleKeeper affiliate program. You will need to enter personal and website information to apply.

9. Brewer Shirts

Now let’s take a look into the popular world of beer fashion with BrewerShirts. The site began with as a means to “create apparel that celebrated the art of brewing and the love of fine beer” with ranges in the following categories:
- Craft Beer Girl Gang
- Beer & Body
- Mens
- Womens
- Long Sleeves

This site would work best as an add on to any craft beer, home brewing, wine, or t-shirt culture niche especially as a great gift idea. There is also some extra stuff available on the site allowing for good cross selling or expansion opportunities including:
- Popsockets
- Glassware
- Bar Towels
- Coolers and totes
- Stickers
- Colouring pages for customer shirts

10. Infinity Beer Pong

And finally, “Beer Pong never looked so awesome” with a site called Infinity Beer Pong. This site turns the game of beer pong into an extravaganza with customisable, regulation size glowing beer pong tables.

It would be hard to build an affiliate site around this one however it would make a fantastic addition to just about any beer, gift, corporate, college or sporting niche (or any other that you think may fit).

Commission Rate: 10%
Payment Terms: Monthly
Cookie Duration: 60 Days
Application required?: Yes – Infinity Beer Pong’s affiliate program is managed by Share-A-Sale. You will be required to apply for an account and then for the Infinity Beer Pong affiliate program. You will need to enter personal and website information to apply.

Amazon Associates
Alternatively, should you wish to set up your site up with a range from a few different brands or companies on the same site then you can do so via Amazon. Amazon does not allow for the sale of beer however does provide access to a good range of related products and accessories and has a fairly good affiliate program as well. So if you wish, join the Amazon Associates program, locate the best products relevant to your site within Amazon itself and you can post links on your own site as per below:
Amazon’s commission rates are not too bad and some prefer this avenue due to the sheer amount of traffic and trustworthiness that comes with a company site of this size.
How to find your own affiliate programs
As stated earlier, by outlining the sites above I have really just tried to give you a good cross section of the types of programs that are out there by listing the really good ones in each ‘category’. That does not mean that you cannot find affiliate programs that better suit what it is that you are trying to do within this space especially as I could never even begin to cover every beer related requirement or sub niche in the one post. Luckily for us, there is a simple way to find these programs online.
All you need to do is enter “affiliate: niche type” into your search engine (substituting ‘niche type‘ for whatever product it is that you are choosing to sell).

There are beer related affiliate programs for everything else that we have listed at the top of this page as well – you will just need to have a look around until you find one or two that suit your site. Once you have completed your searches, you can look through and find programs that:
- Relate to your niche/problems that you are solving.
- Have quality products – your brand can be severely damaged if you promote poor quality products.
- Have solid payment and customer service arrangement.
- Pay decent commissions.
- Have good testimonials covering commission payouts and quality of product.
In most cases, you will need to apply for the program before you are allowed to promote their products – don’t take this step lightly or you will be rejected. Affiliate programs will generally want to know:
- Your website name.
- Traffic levels.
- Why you want to join – (“so I can make money by selling your beer glasses” is unfortunately not generally a good enough answer).
- How you plan to promote their products.
Conclusion
So… There are 10 of the best beer affiliate programs to brew this year. I hope it has been helpful for you as you commence your own beer based affiliate marketing business and as usual, please do not hesitate to comment below if you have any questions, need some advice or have any experiences to share. Oh, and especially comment if you have any experience with these, or any other programs as well.
Until next time
Have fun
Paul
