12 CBD Oil MLM Companies For A Full Spectrum Downline

Hey there Sea Changers… Recently I have been looking into the world of Multi Level Marketing (a.k.a Network Marketing) to see if there are some online business opportunities there.  One area that is really booming in this space recently – and worldwide to be honest – is CBD Oils – including CBD oil direct sales. 

So, in order to make things a little easier for those of you interested in checking this out, I have created an outline below of CBD Oil MLM Companies that I have found in my travels.

Note: I am not a member of the any of the programs listed here (and hence make no commissions from any of the links included within this post). The reason for this is that I prefer to write these posts based on what a newbie would be seeing if they were interested in joining – that way I feel I can make a better judgement on what it is that these companies are offering within their programs.

CBD Oil MLM Programs

Zilis

Zilis was founded in 2015 by Steven and Angie Thompson and is based in Argyle Texas.  It is also the fastest growing hemp-derived CBD mlm company in the United States.  Like many others, their website is aimed at their MLM processes reinforced by their mission to ”provide unlimited opportunity for our Ambassadors, while our unique Pay It Forward program impacts those in need at home and abroad”.   

They also promote themselves as a social marketing company and claim to only advertise via word of mouth and the sharing of products via their network of Independent Ambassadors and retail customers.

Their range of CBD Oil based products use their patented UltraCell technology. Their basis for this is that the human body can usually online ingest 10% of any oil based remedy that it consumes. In short, their UltraCell technology has been developed to allow your body to absorb up to 94% of the product to fully realise its intended benefits. Their product range includes:

• CBD Oil
• Water Soluble Hemp Oil
• Water Soluble CBD Topical
• Weightloss and Dietary Supplements
• CBD Pet Products

They also offer a range of non CBD oil beauty and healthcare products.

The Zilis MLM program calls their members Ambassadors and from first look, appears to be a fairly stock standard program and commission structure.  Let's check out the basics.

Base Commission rate: Up to 100% (of the Commisional Volume)

Affiliate discount: up to 50%

Down line commission rates: 2% – 5% to 6 levels (1st generation (down line level 1) rates 5%).

Minimum monthly spend to qualify for commissions

• Ambassadors are required to maintain 50 Autoship PV or 75 other PV per month- this can however be made up of personal or customer orders.

Payment terms: Weekly and monthly.

Application required?: Yes, personal and payment information at time of first purchase

Purchase requirements to join: Yes

• Membership joining cost $99 and then $49 per annum.
• New members must then also choose a Join pack as follows:
  • Bronze Starter Pack – $199
  • Silver Starter Pack – $599
  • Gold Starter Pack – $1299

Changing the Future Outcome

Changing the Future Outcome (CTFO) is a CBD oil company based in New Orleans in the United States. Founded by Stuart Finger, Steve Finger and Michael Hahn in 2015, they promote themselves as being “founded by network marketers, for network marketers”.

It is obvious from their blurb that CTFO was founded as a network marketing company first, and a CBD oils producer second (which seems to be common in within this niche) and that they offer a compensation plan that stack the odds in favor of their associates.

CTFO offers a full range of CBD Oil based products including:

• 10xPURE – CBD Oil products
• CBD Drops
• CBD Edibles
• CBD Luxury Products
• CBD Relief Creams
• CBD Pet Products
• CBD Skin Products
• CBD Hair Growth Products
• CBD Sun Care

As an added cross sell opportunity, CTFO also provide a small range of Non-CBD meal replacement and dietary supplements as well as Non CBD oil skin products.

The CTFO MLM program calls its members Associates and despite their claims above, is a fairly stock standard program as well. To start on a positive note however, information in regards to this program is fairly comprehensive with their compensation plan easy to find on their site. Here are the basics:

Wholesale Discount: 25% and up depending on product

Base Commission rate: 20% of the commissionable volume (CV)

Down line commission rates: up to 10% to 7 levels and a further 1% per level to 21 levels for higher ranks (1st generation (down line level 1) rates 20%).

Minimum monthly spend to qualify for commissions

To qualify for commissions, you must become a qualified associate by either:

1. Making a purchase of a product or package with a sales price of at least $47.47 within your first 31 Days as an associate, or
2. Personally signing at least 10 other people to the program (as customers or associates)

Payment terms: Weekly and monthly.

Application required?: Yes, personal and payment information required.

Purchase requirements to join: No

Commission earning qualifications are listed above however this is not mandatory as an associate if you can refer 10 customers to the site. As far as I can see, there are no minimum monthly purchase requirements to obtain commissions once you are qualified.

Kannaway

Kannaway is a CBD oil company based in the United States – in fact, they were the first publicly traded cannabis company on the U.S. Stock exchange. Like many other companies of this nature, they adhere to strict quality standards with triple lab testing and organic certifications and hold a number of health patents and offer prescription based products for serious medical conditions such as:

• Epilepsy
• Parkinson’s disease
• Alzheimer's disease
• Chronic migraine

The company offers a full range of CBD Oil based products including:

• Oral applicators
• Liquid and drops
• Capsules and Gels
• Salves
• Edibles, Tea and Coffee
• Vape canisters
• Hemp based skin care products
• hemp based pet products

As part of the natural/chemical free theme of the site there is also a small range of essential oils and Endocannabinoid DNA test kits.

The Kannaway MLM program calls its members Brand Ambassadors (or sometimes Independent Distributors) and is on par with most others listed here.  Here are the basics as per the compensation plan:

Base Commission rate: Up to 30% of the commissionable volume (CV)

Down line commission rates: up to 11% to 10 levels (1st generation (down line level 1) rates 2%).

Minimum monthly spend to qualify for commissions

• Affiliates are required to maintain at least 28 Personal Volume (BV) purchase level per month (depending on ranking) to qualify for commission – approx $100. Purchases do not have to be for personal use – i.e. customer orders count towards this amount.

Payment terms: Weekly and monthly.

Application required?: Yes, personal and payment information required.

Purchase requirements to join: Yes

• $54.98 / €47.80 annual payment.
• Starter kits are available but not mandatory.

Hempworx

Hempworx was established by Josh and Jenna Zwagil and is based in Las Vegas NV.  Their experimentation with CBD oil based products started in 2016 after a major illness leading to the Hempworx brand of products being first released in 2017. The company is a subsidiary of a larger company called mydailychoice.com and originally started as a part of the latter. 

This can make things confusing (and the subject of some negative reviews) as much of their site is branded that way rather than Hempworx.

Hempworx offers a full range of CBD Oil based products including:

• Tinctures
• Topicals
• Pet products
• Bath Bombs
• Coffee
• Keto Creamers
• Gummies
• Hair Care
• Body Lotion

The Hempworx MLM program is actually just called their affiliate program with the MLM components tacked onto the end. To be honest however, it is definitely more MLM that just a plain affiliate arrangement.

Base Commission rate: 25%

Affiliate discount: 25%

Down line commission rates: up to 85% to 10 levels (1st generation (down line level 1) rates 25-30%).

Minimum monthly spend to qualify for commissions

• Affiliates are required to maintain a 40 – 200 Business Volume (BV) purchase level per month (depending on ranking) to qualify for commission – approx $100.

Payment terms: Weekly and monthly.

Application required?: Yes, personal and payment information at time of first purchase

Purchase requirements to join: Yes

• Once off $20 account activation payment
• Start kits ranging from $39 to $299 ($39 starter kit does does not provide enough BV to qualify for commissions).

HB Naturals

HB Naturals, (or Heart and Body Naturals) as established in Wilder, Kentucky, by Paula and Ben Scarcella and Alexandria Brighton and still runs as a family owned business with a commitment “to always be authentic, ethical, and transparent, without favoritism, while respecting the invaluable partnership with our Consultants”. 

It is a relatively young company whose purpose is to “share the synergistic Healing Trilogy products formulated with the healing power of plants provided by our creator”.

HB Naturals offers over 200 products in the CBD Oil space but also quite a large range of non CBD based remedies as well. Below is a basic list of their range of products (their full list is too large to include them all here).

• Hemp/CBD oil based products
• Essential oils
• Pet Products
• Coffee
• Biominerals
• Personal care products
• Weight loss products

To be honest, based on the products listed, I am not entirely sure whether I would consider this a CBD/Hemp site that sells essential oils as well or vice versa. However, I do see this as an advantage as it will relevant regardless of whether you are in the essential oils niche and looking to break away from the bigger players or the CBD Oils niche looking to add some good cross selling opportunities into your posts.

The HB Naturals MLM program is known as its Incentive Plan. The base details are as follows:

Base Commission rate: 50% of Commission Value.

Down line commission rates: 5% to seven levels (1st generation (down line level 1) rates 10 – 50%).

Minimum monthly spend to qualify for commissions

• Tiered starting at approximately $37.50 per month to qualify for downline commissions and bonuses.
• Nil to earn commissions on straight referral sales only (affiliate marketing arrangement).

Payment terms: Instantly, daily and monthly.

Application required?: Yes, basic personal information only.

Purchase requirements to join: No.

Purely

Purely was established in Mobile Alabama by Tyler Pham and Andrew Khong who promote their passion for purity and for doing things right including the use of sustainably sourced products, proper treatment of staff and ethical sales and marketing processes and programs.

To be honest, they are actually better known as an essential oils company who dabble in CBD Oils however they have enough in their range to allow for a business to be built around it as well – or as an added selling opportunity for those in the essential oils game.

In the CBD Oil space, Purely offers a small range of products including:

• CBD Tinctures
• CBD Vegan Gummies
• CBD Joint and Muscle rub

Their main range of products however includes:

100% pure essential oils

• 100% pure essential oil blends
• Essential and natural oil based beauty range:
• Hair care – shampoo and conditioner
• Men's tattoo oils
• Diffusing bracelets
• Rubs – sports and vapor
• Home cleaning

The Purely MLM program is known as its Advisor program.  It is another stick standard program with base details as follows:

 Commission rate: Tiered by sales amount as follows:

• 25% – $0 – $800
• 30% – $801 – $1599
• 35% – $1600 +

Down line commission rates: Up to 6% to two levels (higher ranks can go to four but I could find no information on this)

Minimum monthly spend to qualify for commissions – $200

Payment terms: 1st and 16th of each month

Application required?: Yes, basic personal information and promotion strategy.

Marketing materials provided: Text links, banners, training videos, documents, and resources.

First Fitness Nutrition

Based in Texas in the United States, First Fitness Nutrition (FFN) was founded in 1989 by Nigel Branson and Lee Causey – who incidentally is credited on the site as being the inventor of the world’s first diet shake.

Whilst probably more of a supplements based platform than not, FFN also offers CBD Oil based products as well as a smaller range of skin and body care creams etc. There is way too much to list them all but here are the basics:

• CBD Rich Hemp Oil
• Weight loss Supplements
• Health and Wellness Supplements
• Herbal Cleansing
• Sports Nutrition
• Body Products

The FFN MLM program calls their members Distributors and from first look, appears to be a fairly stock standard program and commission structure. Their website and processes appear to set it up as a network marketing company first, and a marketplace second. Information in regards to the program, whilst not as comprehensive as others, is available so let's check out the basics:

Base Commission rate: 20 – 40%

Down line commission rates: 6 – 8% to 5 levels (1st generation (down line level 1) rates 6%).

Minimum monthly spend to qualify for commissions

• Distributors are required to maintain $100 Autoship PV or $150 other PV per month.

Payment terms: Weekly and monthly.

Application required?: Yes, personal and payment information at time of first purchase

Purchase requirements to join: Yes

• Membership joining cost $29 which includes a distributor kit
• New members can then also choose a Join pak as follows – the purchase of these paks then determines the amount of commission/discount that can be earned moving forward:
  • No Pak purchased – 20% discount/commission
  • Business Pak – $279 – 25% discount/commission
  • Executive Pak – $549 – 30% discount/commission
  • Director Pak – $999 – 40% discount/commission

These paks are not mandatory however many of the bonuses and commissions outlined below are reliant upon ‘encouraging' your newly referred down line members to purchase one at time of enrollment.

Isagenix

Isagenix is another online supplements company that is starting to increase its foray in theo the CBD Oil market.  Based in Arizona in the United States, it was founded by John W. Anderson, who, along with Jim and Kathy Coover, pride their company on the absolute quality of their products which are extensively tested with scientific and clinical backing.

The whole business is run on 12 core values with a vision to “impact world health and free people from physical and financial pain, and in the process create the most trusted and respected health and wellness company in the world”.

Isagenix offers a full range of health and wellness supplements with too many to list here. They are however available in the following categories:

• CBD Oil
• Weight loss Supplements
• Performance Supplements
• Vitality and Wellbeing Supplements, foods and oils

There is also a smaller range of other products for added saleability including:

• Essential oils and diffusers
• Cleansing, toning and day creams

The Isagenix MLM program calls its members Isagenix Independent Associates who join what is a fairly stock standard program if not a little confusing in regards to their commission/payment structure. Compensation plan information however is locatable directly from their site.

Associate Discount: 25%

Base Commission rate: Commissions are earned via the accumulation of ‘cycles’ within the sales trees of the sponsor

Down line commission rates: Based on the number of cycles down to 5 levels (I think)

Minimum monthly spend to qualify for commissions

• Affiliates are required to maintain at least 100 Personal Volume (PV) purchase level per month to qualify for commission – approx $200. Purchases do not have to be for personal use – I.e. customer orders count towards this amount.

Payment terms: Weekly and monthly.

Application required?: Yes, personal and payment information required.

Purchase requirements to join: Yes

• $29 annual payment.
• Product Packs are available but not mandatory.

Trévo was established in 2010 by Mark and Holli Stevens with a mission to “create a culture of passion, excitement, faith, prosperity, good health, generosity and love”. Trévo is based in Oklahoma City in the U.S. with contact offices in 20 odd countries around the world.  The company runs on the core values of:

• Persistence
• Consistence
• Giving
• Fun
• Embrace
• Passion
• Together
• Innovation
• Integrity

Interestingly, Trévo has just 3 products:

Trévo

Trévo is a “complete health system in one bottle” containing 174 of nature’s finest nutraceutical ingredients from around the globe. In short, it is a nutrition supplement designed to replace the nutrients missing on the daily diets of most.

Sync

Sync is a homeostasis-centric product that combines an organically grown, pesticide-free, high quality hemp with all natural flavouring (vanilla or orange) to create a cannabinoid-rich hemp oil.

RP3

The third product, RP3, is a dietary supplement designed to “enhance or improve” the sexual experience of men (and their partners) of all ages. The product is a mixture of six powerful botanicals that assist with libido improvement, prostate health and erectile dysfunction.

The Trévo MLM program calls their members Life and Health Coaches. Their compensation plan is directly available on their site and contains an interesting program with a unique method of down line management and a number of commission and bonus options.

The structure of the program takes a little to work out but it appears that once a new Coach is entered into the system, they are automatically placed into what is called a Single Line Matrix. The next new Coach is placed underneath them to 8 generations.

This means that all commissions and bonuses are paid on all sales made within a Coach’s 8 generation down line including personally recruited members that they generate (called the width). Based on that information, here are the basics as I have found them (please comment below if anything is inaccurate)…

Base Commission rate: 20 – 3% (based on retail sales to 8 generations)

Down line commission rates: As per down line commission rates above

Minimum monthly spend to qualify for commissions

• Coaches are not required to meet minimum targets for base level commissions however there are some targets in place to achieve some of the personally sponsored commission options and higher rank bonus options available.
• If a Life and Health Coach goes 90 days without earning a commission (this requires a minimum 75 QVP volume in one of the three months) they will automatically be re-classified as an Elite Customer and lose the opportunity to qualify for any commissions.

Payment terms: Monthly.

Application required?: Yes, Application form on site

Purchase requirements to join: Yes – A Trévo PowerStart Business Systems kit is required at time of enrollment – prices range from $USD84 – $960.

I have seen reference to a membership joining fee but was unable to locate anything within the compensation plan or application form.

Prime My Body

Prime My Body – they also call it PMB – was founded in 2016 by Paul Rogers and Brian Cummings and is based in Carrollton Texas. PMB outlines itself as a ‘health, wellness and lifestyle company that embraces the movement to raise awareness on the importance of living a clean and healthy lifestyle” and uses the word ‘love’ as a guiding principle.

PMB offers a smallish range of CBD Oil based products based on ‘serious science’ around brain research and the effects of Cannabinoid Supplements on the human system. Their range of products includes:

• Focus – Mind and Body Hemp Extract
• Calm – Rest and Relax Hemp Extract
• Nox – Hemp-Infused Skin Rejuvenation Serum
• Body Therapy – Muscle and Joint Salve
• Paws – Wellness Support for Cats & Dogs
• Prime – Protein Superfood
• Hydrate Pure – Hemp Infused Moisturiser

Prices are probably on the higher side of the market being slightly more expensive that its rival Hempworx and Kannaway CBD products. Although based on the high commission rates outlined below, this could just mean greater opportunity to earn.

The Prime My Body MLM program calls their members Affiliates who from first look, appear to join a fairly modern platform with most of the commission and bonus options that are common within the CBD niche. Their compensation plan is available in video form on their website with a PDF copy found via a simple web search… Let’s check out the basics.

Base Commission rate: 25%

Down line commission rates: 10% – 20% to 7 levels (1st generation (down line level 1) rates 20%).

Minimum monthly spend to qualify for commissions

Many of the commissions and bonuses available within the PMB Compensation plan are reliant of the Affiliate being both Active and Qualified:

• To be considered ‘Active’, PMB Affiliates are required purchase at least USD$89 worth of product within a single order that generates volume. This can be made up of personal or customer purchases. Note: this must be one order – two smaller orders cannot be tallied to meet requirements.
• To be considered ‘Qualified’, Affiliates are required to personally sponsor 2 Affiliates who become Active with one on the left leg and one on the right.

Payment terms: Every 2 weeks.

Application required?: Yes, personal and payment information on website form.

Purchase requirements to join: Yes:

• Membership joining cost $39 to active the Affiliate’s personal website
• Initial Product packages are available at time of sign up ranging in price from $200 to $1500 – these are not however mandatory.

Verum Gold

There is not a lot of information in regards to the company behind Verum Gold on the website however it was founded by Rod Smith, who does actually appear in many of the videos etc. There is however no details provided in regards to company management, compliance or history available – which is usually a fairly big red flag if I am being honest.

Their “about” page however focuses heavily on their product and the fact that it “is the best in the world in absorption at up to 20-times more than most common CBD” and that it “is the ONLY nutraceutical CBD in the world that offers empirical scientific evidence, based on preclinical trials, to prove its Bioavailability and Stability claims”.  Verum Gold is based in Orem, UT in the United States.

Verum Gold offers just one product – Pure Crystalline Isolate CBD Softgels containing 10-milligrams of one-of-a-kind, highly-bioavailable Canabidiol (“CBD”).

These are available in vials of 30 gels or sample ‘cards’ ranging from two to 96 two serving blister packs. Item costs (at approx /13c per ‘gel’ ) appear to be a little cheaper than others offering soft gels within the MLM space such as Kannaway.

The Verum Gold MLM program calls their members ‘Advocates’ who are part of what appears to be a fairly straight forward and simplified program that is however a little ambiguous and does take a bit of reading to understand – so if I have it wrong, happy for you to comment below…. Their compensation plan is available on their website so here are the basics as I have found them…

Base Commission rate: Look to be around $10 per sale

Down line commission rates: 4 – 10% to 7 levels (level 1 down line is 4% based on rank)

Minimum monthly spend to qualify for commissions

To qualify for downline commissions, Advocates are required to maintain ‘active’ status via meeting Business Volume (BV) targets of at least 50 per month. This can be made of personal or customer sales.

Payment terms: Weekly, monthly and quarterly.

Application required?: Yes, Application form on website.

Purchase requirements to join: Yes

New Advocates are required to pay a $49.95 enrollment fee which provides access to a replicated website and training and support tool/materials:

Green Compass calls itself a “vertically integrated CBD company” that was founded in 2019. The names of the founders are not clearly listed on the website however their North Carolina farms are overseen by the Green Compass Farm Management team.

Green Compass offers a range of 100% American-grown pure, safe, and effective hemp and CBD products that undergo an extremely detailed quality-control process. Additionally, as is common with many companies of this nature (such as HB Naturals and Purely), they also offer essential oil based options as well. Their full product range includes:

The Green Compass MLM program calls their members ‘Independent Advocates' who are part of what appears to be a simple program with a common retail and downline commission structure and a good number of bonus options included. Their compensation plan is available on their website so here are the basics as I have found them…

Base Commission rate: 20% to 30%

Down line commission rates: 4 – 6% to 5 levels (level 1 down line is 4%)

Minimum monthly spend to qualify for commissions

To qualify for downline commissions, Independent Advocates (IA's) are required to maintain an ‘Active' status via PQV targets of at least 150 per month. This can be made of personal or customer sales. Base 20% sales commissions however can be earned without the need to meet or maintain sales targets.

Payment terms: Monthly.

Application required?: Yes, Application form on website.

Purchase requirements to join: Yes

New IA's have the opportunity to purchase start kits ranging from the basic business kit at $49.95 up to the Core kit at $299.95 or the Core Runner's Kit for $499.95. These include full sized products as well as “all the paperwork you need as well as access to our online training resources”.

How to find your own MLM programs

The sites above have hopefully provided you with a good cross section in regards to what is available within the world of CBD Oil based MLM programs. That does not mean that you cannot find others that better suit what it is that you are trying to do within this space. Luckily for us, there is a simple way to find these programs online.

All you need to do is enter “MLM: niche type” into your search engine (substituting ‘niche type‘ for whatever product it is that you are choosing to sell). So to find possible MLM sites that offer CBD based products, you can try “MLM: CBD Oil” within your search engine:

In most cases, you will need to apply for the program before you are allowed to promote their products – This is generally not as regimented as many affiliate marketing programs however if asked for more information don’t take this step lightly or you may be rejected. On top of the basic information, MLM programs may want to know:

• Why you want to join
• How you plan to promote their products.

Most platforms however will provide you with a good amount of promotional materials such as text links, ad banners, posters, guides, e-books and so on. Many even provide a personalized website within which to manage your sales.

Conclusion

So… There are some of the best CBD multi level marketing options available for a full spectrum downline.
