Before we begin however, there are a couple of things I just wanted to to cover. Firstly it should be highlighted that legalities around the sale of insurance policies vary substantially from country to country or state to state. Secondly, by nature, the acquisition of an insurance policy can place users into a contracted arrangement in which policy payments must be made in accordance with contract outlines and inclusions.
So if you are looking at this from an affiliate marketing point of view, great care must be given as to whether you could be construed as giving actual financial or insurance advice or not as many countries also regulate those who are legally able to do so. With all that in mind then, the list of affiliate programs below is provided on a factual basis only and due diligence should be undertaken in regards to their jurisdictional legalities prior to applying. They are also not provided with any advice in regards to the acquisition or use of these insurance policies.

Let's start with one of the biggest insurers in the United States in Liberty Mutual. Founded in 1912, the organisation has grown to become the 6th largest insurer in the world with a massive home insurance related portfolio including:

Allstate is another large and well-known insurance company that is “committed to make a difference”. Their range of policy options is almost too large to list here however their main home insurance products include:

Like most others here, they also offer a great range of services in other common areas as well such as auto, RV, business and life insurance.
This site would definitely make a great baseline for any home insurance based affiliate business or again, as an add on to any home related site or other insurance options above (motorbike, car, business etc.). They also offer some great range of tools and resources to assist your readers and/or provide good post options for your site as well.

As with the first two sites above, AA is a popular U.K. based insurance company offering insurance across a large number of categories which obviously includes home insurance. This includes:

- Contents
- Building
And again as per those above, they also offer insurance in other common areas such as vehicle, money and travel as well as breakdown services too.
There is definitely enough on this site to base any general home insurance related affiliate business upon or as an add on within any mainstream real estate, finance, lending or investments site as well. And to assist with reader information there is also a range of home contents calculators and an ‘advice' blog too.

esure is a U.K. based company that have converted their original “direct-selling insurance over the telephone” model into an online based operation offering a streamlined process for the purchase of home insurance by their customers. There are also specialised options car and travel policies as well.
This would make a great addition to any home insurance affiliate site or as usual, a decent side link to anybody looking to add to their home security related niches too.

As with most of the insurance sites listed here, this is maybe enough to build an affiliate marketing business around however it would be a great companion/add on to just about any finance, investment or homemaker related site possible.

As the name suggests, HomeProtect.co.uk is a U.K. based insurance company specialising in home insurance policies in the following forms:

All policies include basic legal expenses and home emergency included as standard with a claim that “80% saved money when they switched to HomeProtect”.
This one has maybe enough to build an affiliate marketing business around however it would be a great companion/add on to just about any home, holiday, finance, investment or homemaker related site possible.

As with the previous site above, hippo is an online based home insurance company offering “modernized coverage for the way homes are used today on things like electronics and home office equipment”. On top of their discounted home and contents insurance, they also offer a range of home security related services such as:
- Smart home monitoring systems
- “Hippo Home Care Pro” phone app
- Self and professional monitoring systems
There is probably not enough to base an affiliate business on here however it would work well as an add on to any general home insurance, smart home, finance, lending or investments site as well. And to assist with reader information there is also a fantastic ‘learning center” blog too.

Now, I covered this one in my credit card affiliate programs post and stated then that is more of an overall financial services company than just one looking at a particular area. I have included it here again however as USAA also provides insurance services to U.S. military members, their spouses and children. Their offerings in this area cover all types of insurance with home related products including:
- Home
- Condo
- Landlord/Renters
- Valuable property
- Contents
- Umbrella
- Flood
And for those in the greater financial services niches they also offer a great range of:
- Banking: Checking & Deposits, Credit cards

Obviously this site would work best as a base or add on to any general home insurance related affiliate business or incorporated within any mainstream finance, lending or investments site as well especially where the focus is on the military. Lemonade is one of a new breed of insurance companies that is attempting to disrupt the industry via offering such incentives as givebacks of unclaimed policy fees and fast claim returns. Boasting a “fast, affordable and hassle free” insurance experience, Lemonade offers homeowner and renters insurance policies at online prices. They also do pet insurance as well.
This would make a great addition to any insurance or financial services affiliate site or as a baseline for those looking to work within the world of home, security and/or pets. There is also a fantastic blog section outlining everything you could need to assist in your affiliate posts.

gabi is not an insurance company as such rather an insurance comparison site (like Booking.com or Trivago in the travel industry but for insurance) that provides policy comparisons from over 40+ insurance providers. With a site outline of allowing users to “find and switch to a cheaper insurance rate within minutes for free”, gabi opens access to providers offering various home related insurance options such as:
- Home
- Condo
- Landlord/Renters
- Contents
- Contents
- Umbrella
- Flood
- And so on
They also offer comparisons for auto insurance as well.
Obviously this site would work best as a base or add on to any general home insurance related affiliate business or incorporated within any mainstream finance, lending or investments site as well especially where the focus is on budget options.

How to find your own affiliate programs
As stated earlier, by outlining the sites above I have really just tried to give you a good cross section of the types of programs that are out there by listing the really good ones in each ‘category'. That does not mean that you cannot find affiliate programs that better suit what it is that you are trying to do within this space especially as I could never even begin to cover every home insurance related requirement or sub niche in the one post. Luckily for us, there is a simple way to find these programs online.
All you need to do is enter “affiliate: niche type” into your search engine (substituting ‘niche type‘ for whatever product it is that you are choosing to sell).
There are insurance affiliate programs for everything else that we have listed at the top of this page as well – you will just need to have a look around until you find one or two that suit your site. Once you have completed your searches, you can look through and find programs that:
- Relate to your niche/problems that you are solving.
- Have quality products – your brand can be severely damaged if you promote poor quality or untrustworthy products.
- Have solid payment and customer service arrangement.
- Pay decent commissions.
- Have good testimonials covering commission payouts and quality of product.
In most cases, you will need to apply for the program before you are allowed to promote their products – don’t take this step lightly or you will be rejected. Affiliate programs will generally want to know:
- Your website name.
- Traffic levels.
- Why you want to join – (so I can make money by selling your contents insurance is unfortunately not generally a good enough answer).
- How you plan to promote their products.
