AFFILIATE PROGRAM DETAILS

• Earn up to 2.5% commission on all iRestore Laser Hair Growth System orders. Visitors are tracked for 30 days. Payout period is every 14 days––after collection of customer's payment in full.
  
• Unlimited earnings - the more you sell, the more you earn, no caps!
  
• iRestore does not issue commission to sales made on coupon/deal sites. All violators will be banned immediately and any earned commissions will not be paid.
  
• Affiliates must drive traffic through their own traffic source (such as website, blog, email list) that is not in competition with iRestore's marketing channels.
  
• Affiliates cannot use iRestore's brand name, copyright, and intellectual property without explicit consent from the Company.
  
• All affiliate orders must be completed through www.irestorelaser.com.
  
  
• Orders that are canceled/refunded by customer are subject to commission clawback at Freedom Laser Therapy's discretion (please note that we offer 90-day and 6-month money back guarantee on our products).
  
• Payments are made on the 1st and 15th of each month (or the following weekday, if it falls on a weekend).
  
• By participating in our affiliate program, you confirm that you have carefully read and agree to all of the terms above.
  
• We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at anytime with or without cause.
  
• Policies are subject to change.

PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

1. To enroll in the Program, the Affiliate must fill out the registration form with current, complete, and accurate information. If the form is filled out correctly, an account within the Affiliate Panel is created for the Affiliate and Affiliate becomes a participant of the Program. Providing false information in the registration form will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of all outstanding Commissions.
   
2. The Company reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to refuse to anyone participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. The Company also reserves the right to refuse Affiliates from certain countries that have a track record of originating credit card fraud.
   
3. Upon registration, the Company assigns affiliate referral links which redirect to the Company’s website. Referral links contain a unique affiliate login assigned to the Affiliate. This information is saved on the computer of the visitor, who enters the Company’s website through the referral link, in the form of a cookie.
   
4. The sale of the Service that forms the basis for Commission calculation is tracked through the use of cookies. In some cases, it will not be possible to track traffic from the Affiliate's website to the Company’s website, because the visitor is using cookie-blocking software. The Company is only responsible for paying Commissions on sales that can be tracked back to the Affiliate using the technology in use by the Company.
