Our first site, FragranceNet.com is a one-stop-shop fragrance site covering a large number of perfumes options including:

Whilst technically not a perfume only site as such, StrawberryNet offers a large array of fragrance products from all of the major designer brands at a good mixture of retail and discounted pricing – their site promotes prices at up to 50% lower than retail prices to customers in over 190 countries. Their product range includes:

This is a great one to base an affiliate marketing site around – especially if you are aiming at the perfume as part of an overall beauty regimen rather than just on the fragrances themselves.

Hott Perfume is another well stocked perfume site that, like the programs above, contains a massive range of perfume from all of the best known brands at both retail and heavily discounted prices. There are also a number of coupon codes on the site providing further discounts to customers.
Unless your site was all about reviewing each different perfume brand/type, I am not sure that there is enough to sustain as affiliate business on its own however it would work in well with any perfume or fragrance based site (such as Generic Perfumes above for example).

Now let's head into the world of chemical free perfumes starting with Skylar. Skylar offers a smaller range of fragrances that are:
- Hypoallergenic
- Cruelty-free
- Vegan
And remain free of:
- Artificial dyes
- Parabens
- Phthalates
- And other harmful chemicals
As outlined on the website, Skylar “use the good and lose the bad” and offer natural, clean, modern scents that are free of toxic chemicals.
There may not be enough here to base an affiliate business on however it would make a great addition to just about any other perfume, chemical free living or vegan based website. As an added opportunity for affiliates there is also a small subscription offering within the site as well.

To be honest, Arianrhod Aromatics is a site that is probably better distinguished as a natural beauty and fragrance site than a perfume one however there are a few there and after all, perfumes don't always necessarily mean the spray we have discussed so far. So, what we have here then is a site offering a large range of 100% handcrafted pure and natural, synthetic free products across a number of categories. In terms of perfume, there is a good range of natural perfume oils as well as essential oils, chemical free deodorants and fragrance mists.
And as I mentioned it was not just about the fragrances, there are cross selling options aplenty including:
There may be enough here to base an affiliate business on if you are looking to cover the whole range of chemical free beauty products alternatively it would make a great addition if you are looking at smaller boutique, sustainable, vegan or big brand alternative perfume sites or the like as well.

8. Scentbird
Scentbird is a subscription based perfume site giving members access to “a 30-day supply of hundreds of top designer fragrances”. The subscription offers an 8ml spray bottle of your favourite fragrance each month from over 450+ designers such as Dolce & Gabbana and DKNY.
There is probably not enough here to build a complete affiliate business around however it would certainly work in well with any perfume, corporate wear, fashion or special occasion site or as a gift idea for weddings and birthdays. There is also a smaller range of brand name skin care and wellness products for sale on the site as well opening up a few extra cross selling opportunities.

And from Scentbird, we now move over to Scent Box. Scent Box is another subscription based perfume site offering monthly deliveries of 8ml spray bottles from 750 designer labels. As above, this is a great way for your readers to seek out and sample wonderful new fragrances each and every month.
Again, There is probably not enough here to build a complete affiliate business around however it would certainly work in well with any perfume, corporate wear, fashion or special occasion site or as a gift idea for weddings and birthdays. The advantage of sites like this as an add on to perfume based online businesses is that you can steer your readers here to try the fragrances each month and then purchase the full size versions of their favourites from other affiliate programs on your site.

And finally, let's check out the world of perfume and pets with Velvet Alabaster. Velvet Alabaster provides a large range of perfumes aimed at “rekindling that unique relationship between animals and humans, starting by giving them an aromatic identity of their own, one step at a time”. Their range is not as large as some others but includes a number of perfumes for your furry little friends.
There is not enough support an affiliate business on its own here however it would work extremely well with any other perfume or pet related site. All of their products are 100% natural as well which also could make it work with chemical free, natural living and eco-friendly sites too.

Amazon Associates
Alternatively, should you wish to set up your site up with a range from a few different brands or companies on the same site then you can do so via Amazon. Amazon provides access to a good range of perfume related products and has a fairly good affiliate program as well. So if you wish, join the Amazon Associates program, locate the best products relevant to your site within Amazon itself and you can post links on your own site as per below:
Amazon's commission rates are not too bad and some prefer this avenue due to the sheer amount of traffic and trustworthiness that comes with a company site of this size.
What do we mean by perfume?
Ok, so what we have been talking about here is those little bottles of natural and/or synthetic oils that give fragrances their scent with a carrier such as alcohol. There are many names for it, each determined by the concentration of perfume oils contained within the mix (I just learnt that.. pretty cool hey!), but they include:
- Perfume
- Eau de Parfum
- Eau de Toilett
- Eau de Cologne
And then we have other variations such as:
- After Shave (often called one of the above)
- Chemical free perfumes
- Vegan perfumes
So, if you are looking to make some money selling perfume online, then this may be an area that can work for you.
What can affiliate marketers promote?
There are essentially no real barriers to what affiliate marketers can promote when it comes to perfume – especially as greater work may be required to explain their aromas. There are however some things to be aware of as you run your eye over perfume affiliate program possibilities that may suit your site. These are:
- Know your audience, some purchasers are looking for specifics and want the best whilst others are hoping to just get a nice bottle of the latest releases on a budget. Choose your affiliate sites accordingly.
- Purchasers of high end brand or designer label items and accessories will not take risks if they don't trust you or your affiliate site. Make sure the programs you choose are reputable and have good recourse options if the purchaser is not happy.
- Those purchasing for a specific purpose will need to know details and why that particular fragrance will suit it – make sure your affiliate program is able to meet these requirements.
- Don't underestimate the purchase power of the avid perfume collector – they will spend the dollars but will need to know exactly what they are getting.

What can you sell within the perfume niche?
Even though you don't have the ‘smell factor', The online sale of perfumes is a popular option with for buyers of all types. Products that can be sold within this niche include perfume, after shave, chemical free perfumes, vegan perfumes and even make your own options. And of course there is also the advantage that perfumes are consumables meaning re=purchase is always necessary.
How to find your own affiliate programs
As stated earlier, by outlining the sites above I have really just tried to give you a good cross section of the types of programs that are out there by listing the really good ones in each ‘category'. That does not mean that you cannot find affiliate programs that better suit what it is that you are trying to do within this space especially as I could never even begin to cover perfume related requirement or sub niche in the one post. Luckily for us, there is a simple way to find these programs online.
All you need to do is enter “affiliate: niche type” into your search engine (substituting ‘niche type‘ for whatever product it is that you are choosing to sell).
There are perfume related affiliate programs for everything else that we have listed at the top of this page as well – you will just need to have a look around until you find one or two that suit your site. Once you have completed your searches, you can look through and find programs that:
- Relate to your niche/problems that you are solving.
- Have quality products – your brand can be severely damaged if you promote poor quality products.
- Have solid payment and customer service arrangement.
- Pay decent commissions.
- Have good testimonials covering commission payouts and quality of product.
In most cases, you will need to apply for the program before you are allowed to promote their products – don’t take this step lightly or you will be rejected. Affiliate programs will generally want to know:
- Your website name.
- Traffic levels.
- Why you want to join – (so I can make money by selling your cologne is unfortunately not generally a good enough answer).
- How you plan to promote their products.
